baby star products are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unused/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. any damages must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a full refund and/or replacement.

if you purchased your item(s) from one our our retailers/etailers, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. at this time, baby star cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer.

to process all returns and exchanges, a sales receipt must be provided. along with a valid sales receipt, please provide your bill-to name, order number and item description. please also indicate the reason for return or exchange. please fax #503/221.0030 or email us at info@babystar.com with this information within 30 days of purchase. along with a shipping tracking number, please ship your item(s) to us at ... baby star / 1801 nw upshur st., suite 560 / portland, oregon / 97209 / #503/221.7827.

in the rare case of damaged goods, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase and have a valid sales receipt. there are no exceptions. when you contact us, if the item qualifies, we will give you a return code. baby star will request that you ship the goods back for inspection and if approved, we will send you a replacement (or substitute if product is no longer available).

we recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. baby star is not responsible for packages not received if a viable tracking number is not provided. returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid and we do not accept COD deliveries.

once the original item(s) are received at baby star, you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). please allow 2-3 weeks for baby star to refund your credit card/paypal account upon receipt.

a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all bedding returns.
